Veterinarians cannot prescribe CBD for pets. However, owners in states where the product is legal can get it from authorized dispensaries.<\/p>\n

Anecdotal evidence about how well it works is starting to pile up. \u201cHe started swimming again and he\u2019s running in the park again,\u201d one pet owner\u00a0told<\/a> CNBC about her pet\u2019s reaction to CBD-infused medication.<\/p>\n

In the same report, a pet owner said his dog Sunshine had suffered from seizures. Then he began using CBD. \u201cShe hasn\u2019t had a single seizure since I began dosing her,\u201d the owner said. He also said she is free of the \u201csmall, little psychological ticks\u201d she would get that often were the precursors to a seizure.<\/p>\n

Other owners have reported that Vet CBD even helped their pets deal with cancer, restoring their appetite and helping them maintain their energy.<\/p>\n
