Outliers Collective (OutCo) is a Licensed Medical Marijuana Dispensary on the border of El Cajon and Santee, CA. Outliers Collective, adjacent to Gillespie Field in El Cajon, offers licensed, safe access to medical marijuana for qualifying patients. We strive to be pioneers in California’s medical cannabis industry, recognizing our immense responsibility to our patients and hold our processes and services to the highest possible standards. We opened in July 2014 and have been serving the cannabis community continuously, at the same location, ever since.
